Series Resistance Heating Cable is designed into particular lengths and load configurations so they are not as versatile as parallel cables. However, Series Resistance Heating Cable is able to span moderate distances and provides great overall heating.
It is generally used in pipes and tanks. Series Resistance Heating Cable has the continuous exposure (maintain) capability of up to 400°F (204°C).
It can be used for continuous circuit lengths of up to 12,000ft (3659m), powered from a single source. Maximum Voltage rating is 660 Vac.
